STUDENTS: The casebook is available on Amazon here.

PROFESSORS: To request a copy of the casebook, please use one of the following two options:

Option 1: Contact your account representative at Aspen Publishing (previously Wolters Kluwer). To find your account representative, please click here.

Option 2: Fill out the Copy Request form below. The form will generate a message to the casebook author, who will transmit the information to your Aspen Publishing account representative.

Note: Aspen Publishing’s default is to give interested professors access to an electronic copy of the casebook. If you desire a hard copy, please request one specifically.
